2009 F1 Grand Prix of Bahrain

Well Ferrari finally scored its first points of the season thanks to a 6th place finish by Kimi. But there isn't much you can take away from the Brawn GP team. they took their 3rd win out of the first 4 races and Jenson Button is just tearing it up with yet another win. He has stretched out his points lead by 12 points over Rubens Barrichello his team mate and as a team they have opened a 22.5 point lead over RBR-Renault. This victory was more then just the drivers taking control it was the pure guineas of Ross Brawn and his pit strategies that won them this race taking away Toyotas front row qualifying glory.

2009 International GT Open

International GT Open is hosted by Spanish GT Sport and has a racing calender that extends throughout Europe. Dedicated to GT2 and GT3-spec supercars, these races have a great field of teams including some from FIAGT and ACO. The 2009 season began at Imola last weekend and we were undoubtedly interested with the Ferrari F430 Scuderia's debut race. Kessel Racing brought two examples and took the most points in the GT3-spec GTS class. The season still has rounds at SPA, Donnington Park, Algarve, Valencia, Monza and Catalunya this year. Here are some Pictures of the opening race enjoy.

2009 Chinese F1 Grand Prix

Wow what can i say about the 2009 F1 season without being bitter that my favorite team Ferrari Scuderia not even scoring a single drivers or constructors point. Reports have it that by Spain if Ferrari doesn't have their shit together they will scrap the 2009 car and start focusing on the 2010 program. Excuse my venting on how disappointed i am in Ferrari so far this season but its only 3 races completed. Now to give credit to were credit is due. Big props to the Red Bull team for getting its first ever win with Sabastian Vettel taking his second ever carrier win, and also to Mark Webber for finishing second giving the Red Bull team its first ever one two finish. Brawn GP came in 3rd and 4th. The other thing that bothers me about this season so far is the fucking rain. For the most part it was a really boring race so I'm not gonna bother with pictures of the race but here is one for you fans. The real deal Jedi and his predecessor

2009 FORMULA 1 MALAYSIAN GRAND PRIX

2009 FORMULA 1 PETRONAS MALAYSIAN GRAND PRIX results. I know its Thursday and the race was on Sunday but so much has been happening since this race that i have been just tyring to take in all the news. This race was called after only 33 laps dude to server rains. The big news this week has been the collapse of McLaren MB with their bull shit lies to F1 stewards about positioning and allowing cars to pass and lying about it. Vodafone McLaren Mercedes has been invited to appear before an extraordinary meeting of the FIA World Motor Sport Council in Paris on Wednesday, 29 April, 2009, to answer charges that, in breach of Article 151c of the International Sporting Code. Pretty much shit is not looking good for McLaren. There were rumors that Hamilton and his Father might be asking to leave McLaren by the end of the season.

But a major congrats to Brawn Gp for making it 2 for 2 so far this season and a congrats to Button for his amazing performance in the rain. See you guys in a few weeks China

IDING Power

I recently had a few posts regarding modified Ferrari's. The Velside 355 the Novitec M16. Well here is the newest one i have come across the IDING Power's F460GT. Cant say i like the wing front bumper or the fenders. But to say its not different in its own way would be wrong. Its the least modified looking kit, mostly slight changes to the front bumper and fenders the big wing i have seen on most Japanese modified Ferrari's. Found these images on Jonsibal's blog.

2009 Grand Prix Malaysia qualifying

For those who thought last week Brawn GP won was a fluke i have news for you it wasn't. This team is really stepping it up and its making for a very interesting year. Jenson Button took his second straigh pole position with Trulli taking second and Vettle taking 3rd but due to the fact that Vettel had to switch transmissions he got a 10 spot penalty.

No bitch ass ness

Wow this has been one crazy opening week for F1. After a amazing Australian race where we saw accidents on turn one and the first use of KERS and some major accidents that brought out the safety car and seeing Hamilton climb from the back of the field to 4th place then moved up to 3rd due to a allegidly illegal pass that Truli did this years first controversial call by the stewards were made. Despite the denials of Thursday, McLaren team boss Martin Whitmarsh on Friday admitted suspended sporting director Dave Ryan and Lewis Hamilton did lie to FIA stewards.

Metropolitan Grill

Went out to dinner to the Metropolitan grill for the first time since i moved to the seattle area. This place was packed and we had to wait 20 minutes even though we had reservations. Just getting inside you are shown the types of cuts they have to offer. All i have to say is you must eat there.

NWmotoring meet 03/29/2009

And you know I had to make a stop at Popeyes even though the meet was at XXX Burger.

had to have the a picture of my whip

Proper offset on this FC and it sounded like it was supercharged but the owner never popped the hood.

This older NSX with BBS LM's was super clean.

Only nice acura there. JDM DC2R

One of my favorites at the meet. This SVT mustang had its blower removed by this turbonetics turbo. car just sounded amazing and could be considered a sleeper.

older chevy with a C5 Z06 motor was stunning

This E92 3 series was not bad looking. bbs's and rotora brakes with carbon cls style trunk was hot

pretty clean TSX with a euro R grill and works

Went to a nwmotoring meet on Sunday, it was filled with a bunch of crap cars. I didn't even have my camera with me but i put my blackberry to use so please excuse the shitty pictures i did my best. There were a few cars worth snapping pictures of.

2009 FORMULA 1 AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX

I know its Wednesday and the race happen on Sunday but i been kinda busy. But wow did Brwan GP live up to its testing times. This race was amazing watching Lewis Hamilton come back from the back of the field and get in 4th and then with Trulis disqualification Hamilton got 3rd. What was sad to me was seeing both Ferrari's of Masa and Kimi fuck up and stay out of points. As i was expecting a major crash happened on turn one, this race also called for the safety car to be deployed two times. Cant wait for next weekend. It was amazing seeing allot of over taking and the use of KERS. But just the fact that a none factory backed team was able to put together their team with only a month left in the off season and to show up to their first race and dominate testing qualifying and the actual race makes this season one for the ages.
