The LF-A is here

turn up the volume this is as sexy as it gets. At the recent Tokyo auto show Lexus introduced this amazing machine known as the LF-A. Its been about 4 years since its introduction at the 2005 Detroit auto show as a concept forum. Now 2009 Lexus has bought out the actual real deal Holy Field production model with 560-hp, 4.8-liter V10, the LF-A tips in at just 3,263 pounds. Now you must be wondering how much this beautiful beast cost.....? well don't just run off to you're Lexus dealer just yet unless you have $375k to spend.

2010 RALLY AMERICA

Things I'm already looking forward to in 2010. Rally America just announced its 2010 schedule and you better bet ill be at all the pacific north west events. It will kinda be sad not to see Ken Block at the events since he is rumored to be entering WRC for 2010.

The championship scehdule is as follows -

1. January Sno*Drift Rally Atlanta, MI

2. February Rally of the 100 Acre Wood Salem, MO

3. April Olympus Rally Olympia, WA

4. May Oregon Trail Rally Hood River, OR

King of SPA

With only 2 races remaining in this wild and crazy 2009 F1 its now just sinking in that Kimi will no longer be with Ferrari. This is very sad for me personally because i love his driving style and most of all his after race interviews where he shows how much he doesn't give a shit about the press and what others think of him. Kimi won the 2007 drivers championship with Ferrari which is also his only drivers title. This must mean something special for Kimi as he is leaving Ferrari this year and his position on the starting grid next year is still unknown. Many have speculated that he might be leaving F1 if he doesn't find a competitive car to be in. Any team that dose not take Kimi is straight up foolish. He has proved time and time again that he is amongst the top 3 or 4 drivers on the grid at any track at any given time. Some rumors also point in the direction that he might end up back at McLaren which i would hate to see but me being such a Kimi fan I would still route for him regardless of what car he is driving.

U.S.F.1 is alive

Finally we are seeing some pictures of the USF1 facility in Charlotte NC. The shop is complete with everything any top quality F1 team would have including three- and five-axis CNC machines, autoclaves and a 24-foot CNC cutting table, complete fab shop, assembly and sub-assembly; electronics; research and development; design and engineering; CFD and aerodynamics; marketing and communications; and a full in-house HD production facility. They dont have a Engine shop because USF1 will be getting its engines fro Crosworth. The team is owned by Ken Anderson and Peter Windsor. Cant wait to see this team on the gird in Melborne in 2010 good luck you guys im excited.
